Co-Pro Club FAQs

  • We are here for agency owners, consultants, freelancers, and fractionals who are searching for a place to build strong referral partnerships. Members are experienced in their fields and already have a [mostly] established client base. 

    Members are interested in learning from each other, finding and sharing quality referrals, and generously supporting each other.

    • You are matched with 4-5 other people and meet in a guided online group for an hour.

    • You’ll share specifics about your services and the kinds of clients you want to work with.

    • You’ll have space to ask questions and share resources.

    • You’ll walk away with new (or deeper) business friendships and actionable ways to support your fellow group members.

    • You are welcome to book coffee chats with others in the group afterward and stay in touch with them (our Slack group makes this easy to do).

  • Yes! Janna, our group facilitator (and founder of The Co-Pro Club), is a semi-introvert who ensures that each group is a comfortable space for everyone.

  • No, you won’t. The week prior to each meeting, you’ll receive an email that outlines what we’ll talk about and what you’ll be asked to share (a favorite recent project, a 30-second intro to your business, etc.). You’re always welcome to bring notes to read from. 

    The only thing you’ll be asked to come up with on the fly is a fun intro question (what was your first job // favorite winter activity // etc.). 

  • We ask that you make a high priority of attending your Co-Pro Club session once you’ve signed up for that month, to respect the time of those in your group (can’t make it one month? No problem - you can skip submitting that month’s attendance form).

    As a group, we offer a space that’s free of hustle culture, toxic positivity (we’re here to offer real support), heavy self-promotion, and any discourse that might create an “us vs. them” mentality in the group.

  • Inside The Co-Promotion Club, you’ll meet experienced, B2B business owners who are showing up ready to invest in your success.

    Not every connection will be the most productive or relevant to your business, but you’ll likely find sources of support that surprise you. People who may not be directly related to your business might know JUST the person you need to speak with and are happy to connect you…or give you a shoutout…or know of the exact resource you’re looking for.

    The Co-Promotion Club is about showing up ready to invest in the success of each other, and this happens in a variety of ways - including, but not limited to, sharing leads and referrals.
